Request deletion
Anyone can ask Aristral to delete their personal data. This includes website visitors, client contacts, customers who have messaged a business through our WhatsApp inbox, and users of an Aristral Meta app.
Email admin@aristral.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include your name and the phone number or email address you used. If your request concerns a client business, include the name of the business you contacted.
We will confirm receipt within 2 working days. We may ask for information to verify your identity, using checks proportionate to the request and the data involved.
What happens next
If the information is in a client business's WhatsApp inbox, we will delete it from the inbox and tell the client business when the data relates to them. We will reply to you with confirmation when we have handled the request.
Some information may need to be kept where the law requires it. Where this applies, we will explain what we can in our reply.
Remove a Facebook or Meta connection
If you connected your Facebook or Meta account to an Aristral app, you can remove that connection in Facebook Settings, under Apps and Websites. Then email us using the instructions above so we can handle any associated data deletion request.
